When you order fresh seafood from Quality Fresh Seafood, LLC, you can be confident that you are receiving the very best. We have partnered with some of the best seafood distributors in the North East to bring you the freshest and highest quality seafood available. Seafood purchased from us is always fresh. There have been extremely strict quality and temperature control procedures put in place to ensure that your seafood arrives at you door at the peak of their freshness. Here you can find your favorite Quality Fresh Seafood ranging from Seafood, Live Lobster, Lobster Tails, Crab, Alaskan Crab Legs, Clams, Oysters, Salmon, Tuna, Fresh Seafood, Smoked Seafood, Chowder, and Scallops. All fresh fish is graded off the boats, hand cut, and graded again to ensure that only the highest quality seafood is shipped to our customers.

Seafood purchased at the supermarket may have been on trucks for long periods of time and may have been in the supermarket for long periods of time, without the proper temperature control. This allows for a buildup of bacteria and rot. Seafood from the supermarket may have also been frozen and thawed many times, resulting in much degradation in quality and freshness. When you order from us, you can be sure that you are receiving the freshest and highest quality seafood available; from the ocean directly to your front door.

Are your fresh fish fillets really fresh or have they been previously frozen?

All fish fillets purchased from us are fresh off the boats to your door. We deliver the freshest and highest quality seafood available. None of our fresh fillets are ever frozen and stored waiting for order fulfillment. Fresh fish is processed daily to ensure that our customers receive their fillets at the peak of their freshness. When you buy from us, you can be confident that what you are purchasing is fresh. Once you try our fresh fish fillets, you will never settle for previously frozen fish again.

How safe is it to shop online?

What is your return policy?

We stand behind every package we ship. Though rare, unfortunately, sometimes packages or packaged items are damaged due to rough handling during delivery. If this happens, please contact us immediately. We will promptly handle your situation. Do not discard any of the products. QualityFreshSeafood.com guarantees the quality of its lobsters on the scheduled day of delivery. Please examine the carton when it arrives. If the carton appears to have been damaged, it may have caused injury to the lobsters or let warm air enter the carton. If any of the lobsters have perished, do not discard them. The seafood is insured. Simply call the freight agent and tell them you are returning the carton and its contents because it was damaged during its trip. Federal Express will pick up the carton and QualityFreshSeafood.com will pay for the return shipping. When the seafood and carton arrive at QualityFreshSeafood.com, you will get a refund. No full refunds will be granted unless the entire order is returned. All claims must be made on day of delivery by calling 888-205-8848. No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery. You also have the choice of sending someone a Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate is popular and simple to order. We email the recipient their gift certificate as soon as you place the order.

How are the orders packaged?

All seafood is packaged in a specially designed insulated foam box with frozen gel packs. The foam box is set in a corrugated box for shipment. All packages are packed very carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No. QualityFreshSeafood.com recommends someone be home to receive the package. We have waived the signature required on all orders and will not be held responsible if no one is home and the package is left unattended. If upon inspection one of the lobsters seems listless or lethargic, in general the lobster is still healthy and it is all right to prepare. When a healthy lobster is cooked, the tail will curl under the body. If the tail curls on the motionless lobster, the lobster is safe to eat. All damage claims must be made on day of delivery by calling 888-205-8848. No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery.

How do Gift Certificates work? How do Electronic/Paper Gift Certificates work? Looking for something unique to give? Giving Quality Fresh Seafood as a gift certificate is FAST, EASY and it's WOW!! Whether you want to gift specific seafood items, such as, a New England Clambake for TWO or a JUMBO LIVE Lobster, or we offer value certificates starting a $25 to any amount you want to give, if you just don't know what to order!

How to order a value gift certificate (from $25): 1) Navigate to the Gift Certificates page. 2) Order the number of gift certificates at the dollar value you desire. 3) Go to Checkout and enter a) Billing Information, b) Payment Method, c) Optional Gift Recipient's Name and Message, your Email to send Order Confirmation, and any Comments you have to us regarding your order. 4) Complete your order for review by selecting Continue, review, then Submit your order. 5) You will receive a Confirmation of your purchase (Order) at the email address you provided at Checkout. 6) You will receive an Email with each Gift Certificate you purchased attached in a paper-form file (pdf). We CANNOT email or mail gift certificates to your recipient, except under the Corporate Gift Program. 7) Each gift certificate purchase will have a unique "Coupon Code" that can be used to place orders online. Seafood items will be discounted every time that "Coupon Code" is used until exhausted or expired. All value gift certificates have an expiration date of 6 months and is clearly printed on the attached paper document and the Page 2 Instruction Sheet. 8) These paper-form files (pdf's) can be FORWARDED on to your recipient electronically or you can SAVE the attachments & SEND in a different email or PRINT and mail by USPS, etc.

How to order a seafood gift certificate: 1) Simply choose your items you wish to give your loved one, friend, or business associate, in the same way you would place your own order. 2) Go to Checkout and enter a) Shipping Information (this is referring to your recipient, however, the actual gift certificate attachment will be emailed to you). 3) Select "Give as a Gift Certificate" as the choice of Shipping Method. Add an optional Gift Message, then complete the Billing Information, Payment Method, and provide your email address for the Order Confirmation and then any Comments you may have for us regarding your order. 4) Complete your order for review by selecting Continue, review, then Submit your order. 5) You will receive a Confirmation of your purchase (Order) at the email address you provided at Checkout. 6) You will receive an Email with each Gift Certificate you purchased attached in a paper-form file (pdf). REDEEMING: Value gift certificates ($) are given a "Coupon Code". This code will be in your order confirmation and on the certificate itself. Certificates for seafood items do not; the recipient will have to phone Customer Service @ 888-205-8848.

"Personal and Corporate Gift Idea" Give us a call. We can custom design a Corporate or Personal Gift Program for you or your business. We can upload your logo, etc. The come print ready so that you have the option of printing and placing inside a card. Your gift recipient is able to use their gift code at checkout immediately! We personalize and design each card along with your own personal message.

PLEASE NOTE: All Gift Certificates expire six months from the date of purchase. Although, ALL of our Gift Certificates are transferable, it is our Company Policy that Gift Certificates cannot be returned, canceled, and/or refunded.
