How are the orders packaged?
All seafood is packaged in a specially designed insulated foam box with frozen
gel packs. The foam box is set in a corrugated box for shipment. All packages
are packed very carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?
No. All orders are shipped with a signature release. If you live in a single
residency, FedEx will leave the package at your home. Fedex shipments to
apartments and condos must be received by a person, or have an office (front
desk) where the package may be left. Please take a look at our Shipping
