| Recipe: Lobster Pepper Pot2 lobsters, meat only, cut thick
4 green peppers, seeded, cut in pieces
5 potatoes, peeled, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 cups water
3 tablespoons butter
…..Seasonings to taste
Put all ingredients in a stew pan. Cover. Cook slowly for about 20 minutes. Then serve.
