Recipe: Lobster Stewed in CreamCut the lobster in small pieces. Put in a saucepan half a cup of cream (or milk with a teaspoonful of flour rubbed smooth in butter added). Let this boil up. Season with salt and pepper, add a tablespoonful of butter, put in the lobster, and bring to a boil. Serve very hot, with toasted butter-thin crackers.
