Next Day Delivery:
All Quality Fresh Seafood is shipped overnight to your home or place of business. Orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. EST for next day delivery. Quality Fresh Seafood has a special contract with Federal Express which allows us to ship these quality, insulated cartons at a reasonable rate. Federal Express will deliver your lobsters to your door between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. We have waived the signature required on all orders, however, we recommend someone be home to receive the package. Quality Fresh Seafood can not be held responsible if no one is home and the package is left unattended.
It is very important for our customers to understand that for us to ensure quality and freshness, all seafood is packaged in specially designed insulated foam boxes with frozen gel packs. The foam box is set in a corrugated box and delivered overnight via Federal Express.
Though rare, unfortunately, sometimes packages or packaged items are damaged due to rough handling during delivery. If this happens, please contact us immediately. We will promptly handle your situation. Do not discard any of the products. Quality Fresh Seafood guarantees the quality of its lobsters on the scheduled day of delivery. Please examine the carton upon arrival. If the carton appears to have been damaged, it may have caused injury to the lobsters or have let warm air enter the carton. Simply call the freight agent and tell them you are returning the carton and its contents because it was damaged during its trip. Federal Express will pick up the carton and Quality Fresh Seafood will pay for the return shipping. When the seafood and carton arrive, a refund will be issued. No full refunds will be granted unless the entire order is returned. All claims must be made on day of delivery by calling 888-205-8848. No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery. Please keep the following in mind when choosing a date:
Priority Overnight delivery is available Tuesday through Friday at no additional charge. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $20.
We currently do not offer delivery on Sunday and Monday, due to limited FedEx weekend delivery availability.

Signature Release:
Our packages are shipped with a signature release, therefore, FedEx does not require a signature for your shipment. However, we recommend that someone be available to attend to the order.

Apartments and Condos:
Please be aware that FedEx shipments to apartments and condos must be received by a person, or have an office (front desk) where the package may be left. **If you are sending the package as a gift, please notify the gift recipient that a FedEx delivery will be arriving, so that they can attend to it once delivered.

Packaging:
All seafood is packaged in specially designed insulated foam boxes with frozen gel packs. The foam box is set in a corrugated box for shipment. All packages are packed very carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
Insulated Packaging:
All Quality Fresh lobsters are shipped live to your home or office. Experience has taught us that the lobsters travel best in our custom-designed, insulated packaging. Therefore, we do not offer clambakes in tins, or pans, or other items that can affect the quality of the seafood. Instead, the lobsters are placed in a special insulated carton, packed with ice packs and sent off to you. Larger quantities of lobster may be placed in a specially prepared carton with Styrofoam compartments. This protects the lobsters from damaging one another during travel.

Complete and Accurate Addresses:
Please be very careful and double check to make sure that all addresses are correct. We can not guarantee deliveries made to incorrect addresses. Couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Availability:
Please be aware that situations may occur that affect delivery availability. All fresh seafood comes directly from fishing boat captains and the supply is not guaranteed. Also, major holidays and weather conditions may affect delivery availability. We cannot guaantee delivery due to weather conditions and in most cases we can re-ship an order or give store credit. We will contact you promptly, if we can not fulfill your delivery request.

"SHIPPING" includes packaging and handling as well as shipping and is calculated as follows:
$40.00 - Flat base shipping (1st 5 lbs)
$ 5.00 - Ice packs, seaweed
$ 6.00 - Packaging (inc. premium styro-foam shipping box)
Add $3 for each pound over 5 pounds
